Submission data and privacy

How ETH Canal handles launch interest and speaker proposal submissions.

What the launch forms collect

Forms may collect your name, email, organization, participation context, proposal details, and an explicit choice about program updates.

Why the information is used

ETH Canal uses submissions to respond to your request, review programming or ecosystem interest, verify prior participation, and send updates only when you opt in.

Where the information is handled

Submission records are stored in ETH Canal’s managed Postgres database. Transactional email is delivered through Resend. Event registration is handled by Luma after an approved registration link is published.

Important boundaries

  • A confirmation email is transactional and does not subscribe you to marketing.
  • Do not include secrets, private keys, confidential deal information, or sensitive identity documents.
  • Submission data is not published automatically.
  • ETH Canal does not sell directory approval or treat payment as endorsement.

Contact ETH Canal through an official channel if you need to correct or remove a submission.
