Adolfo Fabrega is the General Administrator of Panama’s National Innovation Authority (AIG), where he leads government-wide digital transformation efforts and champions public sector innovation. He holds a Ph.D. and LL.M. in International Private Law from RUDN University in Moscow, and an LL.B. from the University of Panama.
