We welcome proposals from builders, operators, institutions, researchers, and advisors. Membership or sponsorship is never required to speak.
Proposal criteria
Show the work, constraints, and lessons.
Strong proposals explain what the audience will understand or be able to do afterward.
- Ground the session in implementation, evidence, or direct operating experience.
- Be candid about limitations, dependencies, and unresolved questions.
- Avoid product pitches disguised as education.
- Do not include confidential information in the proposal.
Submitting does not guarantee selection. Accepted sessions will be scheduled only after direct confirmation.
