A bond framework carries compliance rules across chains
Apex, Chainlink and T-REX demonstrate a modular approach aligned with Swift standards; Swift also joins the ERC-3643 Association.

Apex Group announced a bond compliance demonstration with Chainlink, T-REX Network and the ERC-3643 Association. The framework aligns with Swift standards and applies identity, investor eligibility and transfer controls at the asset level. Apex also says Swift has joined the association.
The design separates asset servicing, a shared source of record and cross-chain distribution. T-REX supplies the record and distribution infrastructure; Chainlink supplies transfer, compliance and pricing components. For a regional issuer, the attraction is preserving controls as an asset reaches different networks.
The announcement demonstrates an implementation, without establishing issuance volume or broad commercial adoption. Its practical test is whether the same controls remain enforceable across the complete asset lifecycle, including changes to investor status and restrictions.
