Celo Developers puts concrete prices on agent tool access
A browsing-and-compute example makes small stablecoin payments easier to evaluate.
Celo Developers highlighted two offers on usebuy.ai: three minutes of browsing for $0.009 USD₮, or 30 minutes of Google Cloud compute for $0.009 USD₮. Its October 25 post says an agent pays from its stablecoin wallet. These are the publisher’s stated offers, not an independently executed purchase or a universal cloud price.
The practical idea is metered tool access with a payment attached to the request. A small unit price supports experimentation, but does not establish the total cost of completing a task. Failed requests, retries, wallet funding and service limits still affect the experience.
A useful product trial would measure whether a paid request produces the intended result and whether spending limits remain effective across repeated calls. Payment success and task quality are different outcomes. The example provides a concrete starting point without proving production reliability or savings for every workload.
