Colombia Fintech says it launched its first report on cryptoassets, stablecoins and blockchain at its forum on October 28. Its earlier event announcement described the forum as a space for debate on formalization, stablecoins and adoption.

The association also described Colombia as Latin America's fifth-largest crypto market and said a dedicated law is absent. Those are its claims; the post alone does not establish the scope of every rule that may apply to a particular activity.

For regional builders, the useful next step is to read the report and check the current rules for the specific product and jurisdiction. A public discussion is not a new license or a regulatory approval.
