Córdoba’s builder session offers a small-group model for LATAM

Local organizers report a session with Celo and Ripio; the useful lesson is in the format.

Organizer @joaquinggs reported a weekend builder session with Córdoba Hack, Celo and Ripio. Artu Grande amplified the post and praised Córdoba’s community activity. These are organizers’ accounts of a local gathering, not evidence of a product launch, funding commitment or measured commercial outcome.

For ETH Canal, the interesting feature is the approachable format: people meeting around a practical building community rather than waiting for a large conference. Our editorial suggestion is to make a future session revolve around a specific user problem, a short demonstration and time to compare implementation choices. That creates something participants can act on after leaving the room.

The next measure should be follow-through, not an attendance claim inferred from a video. Did participants identify collaborators, improve a prototype or return with a working example? A local event can be useful without announcing a new platform or claiming adoption. For Panama organizers, Córdoba provides a concrete example to study, while the design and results of any local adaptation would still need to be established.
