Movantis adds Stellar for a planned El Salvador corridor
The integration adds a settlement option, with a US-to-El Salvador USDC use case planned first.

Movantis announced an integration of the Stellar network into its multi-rail payments infrastructure. The Stellar Development Foundation says the first planned use case is settlement in USDC for flows from the United States to El Salvador.
Movantis plans to use regulated subsidiaries and local partners for the local payout, in US dollars. Stellar is the settlement leg; local liquidity, conversion where needed and payout still depend on the company’s existing infrastructure and partners.
The announcement describes the corridor as a planned use case, not proof of completed customer transfers or measured savings. For regional payment builders, it is a useful example of separating a blockchain settlement rail from the last mile that recipients actually use.
