Global Individual membership privacy notice

How ETH Canal handles account, Checkout, payment, refund, and membership data for the invite-only Global Individual offer.

Privacy version: membership-privacy/global-individual/2026-08-01-v1

Membership seller: C10N S.A., established in Panama

Data used for membership

For the membership sold by C10N S.A., the ETH Canal service uses the approved account identity and contact details, eligibility result, selected offer, consent versions, payment and refund status, membership period, and support history needed to provide and operate Global Individual membership.

Stripe Checkout

Stripe processes card and billing information on its hosted Checkout under Stripe’s privacy terms. ETH Canal does not receive or store the full card number or card security code.

The ETH Canal integration stores normalized payment and membership facts and limited provider references needed to create, reconcile, support, correct, or refund a membership. It does not store raw provider payloads or card details.

Why the data is used

The information is used to confirm eligibility, open the approved Checkout, reconcile signed payment events, activate the paid year, prevent duplicate or conflicting settlement, provide account access, answer support requests, process an approved refund or correction, and preserve required financial and audit evidence.

Marketing consent remains separate. Paying for membership does not subscribe the account to promotional email.

Service boundaries

ETH Canal uses managed hosting, database, email, error-reporting, and payment providers to operate the site and membership. Access is limited to the operational purpose of each provider. Event registration through Luma remains subject to Luma’s own privacy terms and is not an included benefit in the initial paid launch.

Retention, corrections, and rights

Payment, refund, consent, membership, and audit records are retained when needed for operations, security, disputes, accounting, or legal obligations. A privacy request does not erase a record that must be retained, but inaccurate data can be corrected and other eligible data can be removed or restricted.

Use the official ETH Canal contact route, which provides the private support-email intake, to request access, correction, or eligible removal, or to ask a membership privacy question. Do not use the public Telegram or WhatsApp groups for a privacy request. Nothing in this notice limits a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Do not send a full card number, card security code, authentication code, secret, private key, credential, confidential deal information, or sensitive identity document in the initial email. The support operator will request only the minimum additional information through an appropriate private method if it is needed.
