The offer
Global Individual costs USD 120 total for one paid year. The membership period starts when Stripe’s signed event confirms successful payment and ends one UTC calendar year later.
Payment is made once through Stripe Checkout, with cards as the supported baseline. This is not a subscription, does not renew automatically, and does not authorize a future charge. The first offer has no trial, proration, discount, organization seats, Panama Community price, x402 flow, or included Luma benefit.
Live Checkout is not enabled unless the applicable tax treatment has been reviewed and separately approved. The total amount due must be shown before payment.
Eligibility and member access
The first Global Individual offer is invite-only. A successful payment activates the membership attached to the approved account after the signed payment is reconciled. Payment does not buy editorial endorsement, sponsorship, speaking placement, directory approval, or a guaranteed introduction or commercial result.
Refunds and payment corrections
You may request a full refund within 168 hours (seven days) after successful payment when no durable paid membership benefit has been consumed. Creating an account, signing in, or activating the membership alone is not consumption of a benefit.
After that window, there is no discretionary prorated refund. A different result applies when mandatory law requires it or when an exact documented operator correction is needed. Duplicate, wrong-amount, failed, or ambiguous settlements are corrected without deleting or rewriting the original payment evidence.
Support
For payment, access, or refund help, use the official ETH Canal contact route, which provides the private support-email intake. Do not use the public Telegram or WhatsApp groups for support. ETH Canal’s response target is one business day for payment or access requests and three business days for routine membership requests.
Version and mandatory rights
Checkout records the exact terms and privacy versions accepted for the purchase. A later version does not rewrite that record.
Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. If mandatory law provides greater rights, those rights control.
