C10N LLC, United States, is ETH Canal’s operating and payment partner and contracting membership seller.
Information and purposes
We use necessary account and contact details, selected offer, consent versions, membership dates, payment and refund status, and support history to provide membership. Profiles contain information you supply and your visibility preferences. Personal directory inclusion is opt-in and authenticated by default. Public visibility requires separate consent and review. You can change your visibility preferences.
Company administrators manage the company’s factual profile and named membership seats. Current company owners and administrators can also manage that company’s subscription and billing details through Stripe’s hosted billing portal, including payment-method updates and renewal cancellation. These company permissions do not grant access to members’ private personal profiles, contact preferences or personal subscriptions. Paying does not grant publication approval or endorsement.
Office-hour scheduling uses your contact information, availability and a minimal agenda. Private sessions are not recorded by default. Workshop registration uses necessary account and attendance details. Recording or sharing is disclosed before a workshop and requires appropriate consent. Event discounts require a limited membership eligibility check.
Payments and service providers
Stripe collects card and billing information on hosted Checkout under its own privacy terms. ETH Canal does not store full card numbers or card security codes. We retain normalized payment, refund, membership and consent facts and limited provider references for reconciliation and support; we do not store raw payment payloads.
Vercel hosting, Supabase authentication/database/private storage, Resend email and Stripe payments support the service for their operational purposes. We disclose any additional booking provider before collecting information through it. C10N S.A. and c10n.ai are separate partners; partner status alone grants no access to member data. Membership does not subscribe you to marketing. Marketing consent is separate.
Retention and your requests
We retain information only as needed for service delivery, security, disputes, accounting and applicable legal obligations. Expiration or a refund does not automatically delete financial or consent records, your profile, or independently granted community access. You can request access, correction, visibility changes or eligible deletion through our private support route. Mandatory rights and legally required records remain protected.
Do not include full card details, authentication codes, secrets, private keys or sensitive identity documents in your initial request.
You may optionally select your base country or territory to help us understand the countries represented in the network. This describes where you are based, not your nationality. For individuals, it follows your location visibility setting; company country details follow profile review before publication.
