Armstrong describes an agent team with one human review queue

The Coinbase CEO outlines how he organizes work, rather than a measured claim about company-wide productivity.

Brian Armstrong describes lead agents for different areas, a coordinating chief-of-staff agent and sub-agents handling tasks such as coding, testing and review follow-up. Decisions and review requests flow into one prioritized queue. His post is a personal account of a working method.

The useful design choice is the review boundary. A product owner can delegate task execution while keeping decisions inspectable in one place, with evidence attached to each request. That still requires clear ownership and limits on what an agent may change.

The post does not establish a controlled productivity comparison or a verified company-wide agent headcount. Before copying the structure, a team should measure review load, error correction and whether the queue makes decisions easier to resolve.
