Provider and membership
Membership services are provided by C10N LLC, United States, ETH Canal’s operating and payment partner and contracting seller. C10N S.A. is the Panama event-management partner; c10n.ai is a consulting partner. Partner status does not authorize sharing member data.
Community Supporter costs USD 50/year for one person. Startup costs USD 200/year for up to three named people. Corporate costs USD 500/year for up to five named people. No tax is collected or added. The complete total and annual billing interval are shown before you confirm.
New subscriptions renew automatically each year on their billing anniversary, at the agreed annual price, until canceled. You must separately agree to recurring charges at Checkout. Existing prepaid memberships retain their original terms and are not automatically converted.
Renewal notices and cancellation
We send a reminder to the billing email address 30 days before the scheduled annual charge, stating the amount, renewal date and how to cancel. Keep this address and your payment method current in billing settings. Any proposed price change requires advance notice and your agreement; we do not silently change an existing subscription’s price.
Open My membership and choose Manage billing or cancel renewal to stop the next renewal before its billing date. Current company owners and administrators can manage the company subscription. Cancellation leaves paid access in place until the end of the paid period. You can also use the private support route if the billing control is unavailable.
If a renewal payment fails or needs authentication, we notify the billing contact and provide a payment-update route. Previously paid access lasts until the end of its paid period. A failed or pending renewal does not extend paid access; successful settlement restores the purchased annual period. Separately granted invited access is unaffected.
Included services
All named members receive personal profile management, authenticated member-directory access and an opt-in personal listing; one 20-minute private office-hour session per membership year; access to included member workshops when offered; and discounts on ETH Canal-organized paid online and in-person events. Supporter receives 10%, Startup 15% and Corporate 20%.
Startup includes one company profile with one authorized editor and one additional 30-minute team session per year. Corporate includes one company profile with up to three authorized editors within its five seats and two additional 30-minute team sessions per year. Company sessions are pooled. Individual allowances are not transferable and do not roll over.
Directory listings follow factual-content, relevance and conduct criteria. Public visibility requires separate consent and review; payment never grants publication approval. Existing independently granted community access is preserved.
Request office hours through our private contact route; we will arrange an available time within your membership year. Confirmed sessions will be honored or rescheduled. Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead; one courtesy rebooking is available for a missed session, after which a missed booking counts against the allowance. Sessions provide orientation, feedback and practical next steps, not separately contracted consulting or legal, tax or investment advice.
Included workshops have no additional admission fee. Each announcement states capacity, prerequisites and registration details. Examples are illustrative; no particular host, topic, date or frequency is guaranteed. Separately ticketed events receive member pricing. Slides and recordings are provided only where permitted; recording requires advance notice and consent. Private office hours are not recorded by default.
Event discounts cover one ticket per named member per event. The better eligible public promotion or member price applies; discounts do not stack. Travel, accommodation, sponsor packages and separately contracted services are excluded. Third-party discounts apply only when expressly offered. Event capacity, cancellation and refund terms are disclosed separately.
Seven-day refunds
Request a full membership refund within 168 hours (seven days) of each successful payment, including an annual renewal, even after profile setup, an office-hour session or another membership benefit. No unused-benefit test applies. A full refund of the current paid period cancels future renewal. A refund ends unused paid benefits for the refunded period; a refund for an older year does not remove a separately paid newer year. Separately purchased event tickets retain their disclosed terms, with no retroactive charges.
After seven days there is no discretionary prorated refund, except mandatory rights, duplicate or incorrect payments, or documented service corrections. If an advertised service cannot be delivered, contact us for a fair resolution. Original payment and consent records are preserved.
Participation, privacy and support
Special invitations, introductions and contribution opportunities are discretionary, based on relevance, capacity and mutual consent. Membership does not promise sponsorship placement, speaking time, editorial endorsement, investor access, funding or business results. It is not equity, an investment or a governance vote; no tax deduction is promised.
Manage visibility and contact preferences in your profile. We process the account, eligibility, consent, payment and booking information needed to provide these services. Stripe hosts card collection; we do not store full card numbers or security codes. Marketing consent is separate. See the privacy notice.
Use the official private contact route for access, payment or refund help. We retain the terms version accepted at purchase. Material changes to purchased core benefits require a fair remedy or apply at renewal. Expiration does not automatically delete accounts or revoke separately granted invited access. Mandatory legal rights prevail.
